INTRODUKTION<\/h4>\n

Nogle d\u00f8rproducenter f.eks.\u00a0Swedoor<\/a> begyndte i 80erne at producere deres d\u00f8re med 40MM hul i diameter (\u00d8) til montering af greb\/rosetter og n\u00f8gleskilte med gennemg\u00e5ende skruer. Hvis der skal monteres et gammelt greb (f.eks. vores tr\u00e6d\u00f8rgreb) er der behov for montering af en tr\u00e6indsats, s\u00e5 rosetter og n\u00f8gleskilte til tr\u00e6skruemontering kan benyttes. At montere en tr\u00e6indsats kan v\u00e6re skr\u00e6mmende, hvis man aldrig har pr\u00f8vet det f\u00f8r, vi har derfor lavet en guide med d\u00e9t i tanke at alle skal kunne g\u00f8re det.<\/p>\n

ny eller gammel d\u00f8r?<\/h4>\n

N\u00e5r nogen mennesker h\u00f8rer udtrykkene „ny d\u00f8r” og „gammel d\u00f8r” forst\u00e5r de ikke betydningen i denne sammenh\u00e6ng. N\u00e5r vi taler om nye og gamle d\u00f8re mener vi egentlig om der er et hul i d\u00f8ren som typisk er 40MM i diameter, ogs\u00e5 kaldet \u00d840MM. Det vil sige den simple forklaring er at nye d\u00f8re har dette hul og gamle d\u00f8re er uden.<\/p>\n

Hvorn\u00e5r har jeg brug for en tr\u00e6indsats?<\/h4>\n

Tr\u00e6indsatser kan v\u00e6re n\u00f8dvendige n\u00e5r du skal montere et klassisk greb, p\u00e5 en ny d\u00f8r. Nye d\u00f8re er beregnet til at have gennemg\u00e5ende bolte\/skruer som holder rosetterne og d\u00f8rgrebene p\u00e5 plads. F\u00f8r i tiden gjorde man det p\u00e5 en simplere m\u00e5de, med korte skruer der blev skruet direkte ind i tr\u00e6et i d\u00f8ren. Nye d\u00f8re (f.eks. en Swedoor)<\/a> har et hul p\u00e5 40MM i diameter, og derfor kan vi med fordel lime en \u00d840 MM tr\u00e6indsats i hullet p\u00e5 d\u00f8ren. Det g\u00f8r s\u00e5 at dit klassiske greb<\/a> og rosetter<\/a> kan monteres ved at skrue skruerne ind i indsatsen. Hvis du har et cc p\u00e5 38MM og der er et hul p\u00e5 40MM i din d\u00f8r, er det klart rosetten\/n\u00f8gleskiltet ikke har noget til at f\u00e6ste sig til. Derfor kan man med fordel benytte en tr\u00e6indsats i d\u00f8ren.<\/p>\n

S\u00e5dan g\u00f8r du<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Afmonter de gamle greb hvis der sidder nogle, og rens hullet for snavs med en fugtig klud.<\/li>\n
  2. T\u00f8r efter med en t\u00f8r klud og p\u00e5f\u00f8r en tr\u00e6lim<\/a> p\u00e5 kanten af tr\u00e6indsatsen.<\/li>\n
  3. Tip: M\u00e5l skruerne inden du begynder med dette step. Skub forsigtig tr\u00e6indsatsen ind i hullet p\u00e5 d\u00f8ren. Tr\u00e6indsatsen skal flugte med overfladen p\u00e5 d\u00f8ren, s\u00e5 v\u00e6r opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 at den ikke skrues for langt ind s\u00e5 skruerne ikke kan n\u00e5 tr\u00e6et.<\/li>\n
  4. T\u00f8r efter med en v\u00e5d klud og lad limen t\u00f8rre ca. 1 time eller mere. Du skal v\u00e6re sikker p\u00e5 tr\u00e6indsatsen sidder helt fast f\u00f8r du g\u00e5r videre.<\/li>\n
  5. S\u00e6t d\u00f8rgrebene og rosetterne i d\u00f8ren og marker hvor skruerne skal sidde.<\/li>\n
  6. D\u00f8rgrebene og rosetterne skal nu fjernes igen, og s\u00e5 skal du bore stille og roligt med et 2mm bor (det skal bare v\u00e6re mindre end skruen). Dette g\u00f8r du s\u00e5 du er sikker p\u00e5 skruen kommer lige i, og mindsker signifikant risikoen for at skruen kn\u00e6kker. Det mindsker ogs\u00e5 risikoen for at din skruetr\u00e6kker glider og du ridser din roset\/langskilt\/greb. Hvis skruen kn\u00e6kker har du et problem, s\u00e5 derfor anbefaler vi p\u00e5 det kraftigste du borer for.<\/strong><\/li>\n
