TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SHIPPING

RIGHT OF RETURN

As a purchaser, you always have 14 days’ right of return when you shop with us.

Your right of return expires 14 days after the date you receive the merchandise or receive the last partial delivery.

You must notify us within the 14 days from receiving your shipment that you would like to cancel your purchase. You need to notify us in writing at sjc@soe-jensen.dk that you would like to return your merchandise.

Refusing a package will not be considered a cancellation unless you have indicated this to us.

RETURNS

You must return your order to us as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after indicating that you would like to return your merchandise. You pay for shipping in connection with the return. You are responsible for the merchandise being delivered in good condition. Missing original packaging may decrease the value, so to ensure a refund of all your money, we recommend returning the merchandise in the original packaging.

MERCHANDISE EXCEPTED FROM YOUR RIGHT OF RETURN

The following types of merchandise are excepted from your right of return:

Delivered merchandise that was crafted to the specifications of the consumer or has a personal look.

Agreements about specific repairs or maintenance work expressly requested by the customer ahead of time.

CONDITION OF RETURNED MERCHANDISE

You are only responsible for any decrease in the value of the merchandise caused by other handling than what is necessary to determine the nature and properties of the item and the way it works. In other words, you can test the merchandise in the same way as you could test it in a brick-and-mortar store, but you cannot put it to actual use.

If the merchandise is tested beyond what is described in the foregoing, we consider it used, which means that you, when changing your mind about your purchase, will receive only a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the fair market value of the item.

RETURN OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you regret you purchase, you get the amount paid to us returned. In case of a decrease in value, this is subtracted from the refund amount.

If you take advantage of your right of return, we refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, although nothing extra if you choose a different form of delivery from the cheapest type of standard delivery. If there is no delay and no other circumstances apply, you will receive the full amount within 14 days from us receiving the information about you wanting to cancel your purchase. We will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you have explicitly requested otherwise.

We can hold the refund until we have received the returned merchandise unless you have presented documentation of having returned the item.
